Hi, for your kind of job, it will requires memory (32GB at least), and storage (SSD NVM-E is faster).About processor, I use Ryzen 5 3rd gen and works good, but you can looking for something better.You will not need expend a lot of money uma video card, but as QGIS use OpenGL/WebGL tô render, the besta choice is a CPU with vídeo integrantes (APU) or a mid-end vídeo card.You will create 3D modelos? If só, than you will prefer a hi-end vídeo card.
