[Qgis-user] How to Join Attribute Data - .MDB + ODC

I have files from a county real property tax agency but I need help to join the data to the polygons.  I'm familiar with GDBs (polygons) and MDBs (attributes) but not how to join one to the other.I'm running ver 3.2 (see below for details).The following is a list of files and extensions:Thank you.Stewart
