[Qgis-user] Disable QGIS auto update

Hi Frederik,
this is something you have to deal with your Intune Administrator. 4.0
should be removed from your local portal, it is too early for production
use.
From the QGIS.org side, we do not publish our pacakges to Microsoft
stores.
