Hi Jeff,
which QGIS version exactly are you using? On which Operative System?

What do you mean exactly with "picklist"?

Please explain in a very detailed way how are you searching for the 
EPSG:3067 and EPSG:2392 CRSs in QGIS.

Tip: just use the strings EPSG:3067 and EPSG:2392 (without any leading 
and trailing spaces) to search for such CRSs in the Project ► Properties 
► CRS filter.
