Jeff,

Both CRS are supported, at least in QGIS 3.34.15 which I am using.

Double-click on the layer
  In the Layer Properties dialog select the 2nd item on the left edge 
"Source"
   which will bring up a "Settings" dialog
   click on the icon to the right of the "Assigned Coordinate Reference 
System (CRS)
    that will bring up a "Coordinated Reference System Selector" dialog
     enter the CRS of interest in the "Filter" item
