[Qgis-user] Can't find the CRS mentioned in section 14.2.2 of the Training Manual

Hi Jose,
thanks. I already know how to properly use the CRS selector dialog 
window. I've asked Jeff to describe how he is exactly using it in order 
to try to understand why he is not able to find such CRSs, since me and 
other users are finding them in QGIS without any issue.
