[Qgis-user] Projection data

The downloads page states "The -full-grids variants include the optional
projection grids (ie. -full plus the proj-data package). The huge
standalones are based on these." Does this mean that not all the world
projection information is downloaded on install? I use the Network installer
and wondered if there is an option there to install the full projection
file? I work in all sorts of places so having the full projection file is
necessary.
