[QGIS-ZA-user] QGIS 3 and bug fixes

Hi All

QGIS has been out for a while now and I hope most of you have started to 
use in. QGIS3 introduced big changes in the code structure and new 
functionality. For developers and big institutions, this provides an 
opportunity to contribute to QGIS by sponsoring or doing bug fixed.
