[QGIS-ZA-user] South African CRSs in QGIS

I still have Proj4 ver 4.9.3. but run QGIS 3.4 but I think the repo is QGIS
not Ubuntu GIS. I suppose I could add the Ubuntu GIS repo into
/etc/apt/sources.list and run apt-get update and upgrade to get it to 5.2?
