iso mirroring.

Folks,

I have mirrored Venka's FOSS4G iso image at:

   http://198.202.74.220/foss4g/foss4gtk.iso

(in /usr/local/apache2/htdocs/foss4g on .220)

I think we should eventually take a more organized approach to mirroring
stuff, but I thought that would do for now.
