By the way, I've started some scripting for BuildBot and the concept is
to have one-central XML-based config file for all BuildBot instances.
This file will be used for:
- status reporting on the http://buildbot.osgeo.org
- enable/disable BB instance
- start/stop BB instance
- gather all details in one place
