[SAC] GDAL trac reports "DatabaseError: database is full"

I cleared up a little space, in my home folder, not too much. But
was enough to get mysql restarted and Drupal back up. Thanks for
pinging about this problem Chris. The trouble brings us back to this
old issue:

On the 6th, /var/lib/mysql *.bin files started stacking up again,
often twice per hour at 1GB+. Not sure what changed.
