[SAC] GDAL trac reports "DatabaseError: database is full"

What changed is that we have 4 new databases for Drupal. IOW
odgeo_drupal osgeo_fdo osgeo_mapguide and osgeo_mapbender should be
duped and mothballed, and then deleted from mysql. The new databases are
called drupal_osgeo, drupal_fdo, drupal_mapguide and drupal_mapbender.

Also I changed the drupal cron job to run on all four sites once per
hour (it might create some additional stuff like search indexes etc, but
should not be such a biggie)
