[SAC] PostgreSQL on Telascience server

Thanks to all for your kind help, you made my day!

I believe there is only one thing left to do: To enable the PostgreSQL 
extension for PHP I guess Apache has to be restarted. I guess I'm not 
allowed to do it. Can someone please restart Apache?
