[SAC] xblade14-2: load average: 6.09 (grass, gdal, qgis etc. Web sites...)

Hi SAC/xblade14-2 users,

I just found xblade14-2 almost unresponsive due to load average: 6.09.
It was a doxygen job with user frankw (so I guess the GDAL docs).

Wish: please run CPU intensive cron jobs with a reasonable nice level
since apache almost freezed (US night is European morning is Asian afternoon).

If that's already the case, just ignore my mail.
