 Hi,

 on machine hosting grass.osgeo.org are available system groups 'gdal',
 'qgis', 'fdo', etc. Group 'grass' is missing here. I would like to suggest
 creating this group and to add at least neteler, martinl and wolf to this
 group.

 Then group definition of the files located in /osgeo/download/grass should
 be changed from 'users' to 'grass' with group write permission.
