[SAC] Wiki user status "sysop" granted to Wolf

Hi Sac,

Wolf Bergenheim needs to protect selected pages such as
http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Google_Summer_of_Code_2009_Ranking
in the Wiki - to avoid unauthorized (i.e., nonsensical) editing.

I have taken liberty to upgrade his Wiki account to "sysop"
so that he can continue to edit the protected page(s).
Wolf promises to not misuse his new Wiki power.
