 All timelines use date and time specific to the server. Which timezone is
 it?

 In Boost Trac, there is ''Preferences'' menu option available that allows
 users to set their own timezone then Trac displays date & time in user's
 time. See screenshot attached.

 I think it would be helpful if enabled in OSGeo Trac instances.
