[SAC] errors with Trac

Paul,

When did this start happening?  I'd suggest DM Solutions has lots of smart
systems folks and is in as good a position to dig into this problem as anyone.
If someone would like to, and needs temporary access to the server to work
on it let me or Shawn know to ssh access.
