[SAC] Migrating the LDAP directory service

I'm planning to perform the migration of the OSgeo LDAP directory
service in the very first days of the new year.  Those who are running
any sort of service against this directory please check the following
items:

 - Do _never_ hardwire the IP number of the LDAP directory server into
   any config file, _always_ refer to the FQDN (ldap.osgeo.org');
 - never hardwire 'ldap' or 'ldap.osgeo.org' into any sort of local
   hosts file, always refer to DNS.

If you're uncertain wether the maintainer of some LDAP-attached
services is reading this list, please ping him.
