 The comments to tickets are very important part of reports. Sometimes,
 comments are submitted accidentally unfinished or including errors. The
 only way to fix it is to resubmit a comment. This may make a mess in
 ticket reports.

 Perhaps it would be possible to install [http://trac-
 hacks.org/wiki/TicketChangePlugin TicketChangePlugin] adding the
 functionality to edit ticket comments.
