 The Quebec Local Chapter would like to have two new lists created:

 1- "quebec-comite", for discussions between the members of the local
 chapter's steering committee ("Comité de direction" in French)

 2- "quebec-conf", for the planning of local conferences and events

 Alan can take care of creating them, provided there are no objections from
 SAC.
