[SAC] internal 500 error?

Sorry if this is already under discussion; I normally report issues via trac - but cannot login at the moment.

1) svn.osgeo.org

Server sent unexpected return value (500 Internal Server Error) in response to MKACTIVITY request

2) Could not login to Trac to report the above issue

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, [no address given] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
