 I would like to request the creation of a new mailing list to be titled
 "OpenNOMS" (Open Noise and Operations Management System. This is for a
 project that leverages several OSGeo projects to create an end case
 platform for an airport noise and operations management system to be open
 sourced from a single customized build at a single airport. The
 administrator should be set to bitner at dbspatial.com, I am already
 administrator for the Geodata and TCMUG lists so am familiar with the
 OSGeo mailman setup/configuration.
