[SAC] Mailman Migration Thursday Evening

Folks,

I shall attempt a migration of Mailman from our Peer1 server
to a new server virtual machine at OSU OSL Thursday evening
(San Francisco time).

When I start the migration I shall attempt to disable web
subscription changes on the original server.    I might also
disable or break email delivery for the period of the migration.

So service for all OSGeo hosted mailing lists (at lists.osgeo.org)
may be broken, or not being archived from around 9pm PST to
12pm PST - that should be 4am UTC to 7am UTC.  I shall try
to minimize downtime.

I shall announce via these same channels when the transition
is completed.
