[SAC] download.osgeo.org down

Folks,

download.osgeo.org is down, presumably due to the power outage in
the San Diego area (and elsewhere).   I have confirmed that the mirror at
http://download2.osgeo.org/ is in good shape.  Under the assumption that
power will be restored reasonably soon I am not inclined to point the
download.osgeo.org DNS to download2.  Does anyone feel strongly that we
ought to?
