 I think getting rid of the clutter makes a lot of sense. To me, one year
 should be sufficient for any wrap up communication about a conference (ie
 finances, getting presentations posted etc.). I think this policy would
 need to be something pushed through SAC and forwarded to the Board with a
 limited scope to deal with event planning lists. As to these specific
 lists, I am happy to recommend removal of the lists one year after close
 of the conference.
