Hi,

As I'm also in charge of the Nabble archives that are related with
mailing lists, I offer myself to start doing the simple tasks related
with mailman like creating mailing lists and try to have an eye on
mailing lists tickets at Trac.

I know how this committee and OSGeo in general work, so I waited all
August for those tickets and my main intention with the comment was to
resolve it but also move on this topic.

So, please, if you think I can help on this, count me in and I'll do my best.
