 The team for FOSS4G 2013 is considering options for programme management.
 The easiest option may be to simply create a new conference under the
 existing OCS and give admin access to it for our management team.

 I'll sort out all the required OSGeo IDs soon, but mine is barryrowlingson

 Is the current OCS up-to-date with patches and upgrades? If its all good
 then we won't want to install any software.

 Its possible that OCS isn't up to the job and we may want to use Indico,
 but that looks unlikely.
