[SAC] Help With OTB Mailing List

SAC Members:

I'm working with the OTB Project that is currently in incubation. They'd
like to use an OSGeo mailing list. Can I get help from SAC to set-up the
mailing list?

If I need to ask somewhere else, please let me know.
