[SAC] [OSGeo] #1267: FOSS4G 2014 email addresses

Alex / Barry,

My concern with redirecting to mail.osgeo.org is that it I don't understand
how to differentiate between the @osgeo.org mail and the
@2014.foss4g.orgmail.  For instance, the info at addresses are the same.
