[SAC] OSGeo LDAP hiccup

While I was trying to repair an LDAP backend corruption, the directory
service had a shour outage of less than 5 seconds.  Some LDAP clients
might now feel a little bit pissed, but I'm confident I (we) will be
able to recover all of them (I confirm Trac still works).
