 We received this email on info at osgeo.org today.  I have made a first pass
 and been unable to see a way of modifying lists.osgeo.org to not send any
 email to a particular user from local delivery agents (ie. mailman).
 Advise welcome.

 I am getting 100's of emails from you every day inviting me to be on your
 mailing lists. They are from all your lists not just this one but the
 common factor is the last part '@lists.osgeo.org'

 Can you help me stop these please as in total I must have had over 5000 in
 the last few days.

 Can you trace who 172.241.140.196 is?

 I am a retired sick person living in England and this is very disturbing
 and any help you can give would be much appreciated
