 As long as you plan to share with any other OSGeo groups in Ukraine later
 go ahead and setup osgeo.org.ua

 Subdomains like lab.osgeo.org.ua shouldn't cost you anymore once you have
 the root domain. I'm happy to endorse this idea. Let us know if you need
 anything else.
