[SAC] [OSGeo] #1569: Modify service providers entry for Astun Technology

I don't, I would love to help here.  These requests do come fairly 
often, so I wonder if we could expand access roles for maintaining this. 
  I believe we need commandline access to the MySQL backend database 
behind our Drupal instance.  (here's a similar request: 
https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo/ticket/1470)

If you are looking for volunteers, I do volunteer to maintain this.
