[SAC] [OSGeo] #1569: Modify service providers entry for Astun Technology

I believe we could use phpMyAdmin to give access to the backend MySQL 
database, although (ha, reversal here for you) I don't recommend opening 
our database through the web (I always use the commandline tools instead).

Funny reversal :)
