[SAC] infrastructure requirements from board

Hi board members,

I would like to invite you to edit new created wiki page

Which should define more precisely, what we want to achieve with our
proposal "moving mails to google infrastructure"

Some of you gave -0 to this point - please, have a look at the page and
feel free to add your comments.

I would like to get back to SAC within few weeks and work with them
together on our requirements, to find optimal technical solution
