[SAC] Resetting my password/mail in osgeo wiki

Hi Andrea,

I changed your email address to "andrea.aime at geo-solutions.it" directly 
in the DB.

Now you should be able to use the "forgot password?" functionality.

And yes, mediawiki sets the first character of usernames by default to 
capital. (I don't like this too.)
