[SAC] Requesting sudo on www.osgeo.org

While I fight against trac spam I often feel he need to dig
more about the spam user accounts: when were they created ?
how frequent registration requests are ?  Are them still coming now ?

But I cannot answer to any of the above questions unless I'm given
read access to the apache logs. Being added to the www-data
group would be a way, being added to the sudo group would be
another (giving more powers).

I'm ok either way, but I'll go for sudo so unless there's any
concern I'll be ready for next issue.
