[SAC] [Urgent] Proposal for new OSGeo site hosting

That could work, so we would need a motion for SAC to vote on, perhaps
setting up your "site maintenance" team (much like conference committee did
for travel grants) of interested parties to handle this.

I had toyed around with asking if OSGeo hire an editor part time to review
site content (a couple weeks as we start out and then trailing off to a
couple days a month). An editor can really amplify the effort of our
volunteers as we have noticed during this website/rebranding project.

Is it worth separating out the responsibilities of keeping the site up (sys
admin) vs keeping the site sane (content)? What did you have in mind.
