[SAC] [Hosting] Downtime for VMs on gprod1

At 10am PDT on July 12th, all VMs running on gprod1 will be shut down
for 1 hour.

As part of the OSL's ongoing rack rotation datacenter efficiency
project, the following VMs hosted on gprod1 will be offline for the
duration of the move:

bonsai.osuosl.org
flossfoundations.osuosl.org
freedroid.osuosl.org
ghispano.osuosl.org
hudson-java.osuosl.org
infamy.linuxlookup.com
jaws.osuosl.org
kdeget.osuosl.org
mertan.osuosl.org
midnightcommander.osuosl.org
openhatch-ripcord.osuosl.org
sahana1.osuosl.org
signal.osuosl.org
zeke.ppckernel.org

Based on prior equipment moves, I expect this to take about an hour
for shutdown, move and testing.
