[SAC] [Hosting] Downtime for VMs on gprod1

[Justin Dugger]

gprod1 successfully moved, and all but 1 VM successfully nagivagted
the move by 11am. We're working on full resolution, and will reach out
to the project in question if we can't resolve it shortly.
