Comment:

 Neither of links in the ticket description exist any longer and there has
 been no activity on this ticket for 3 years. Closing this ticket with the
 suggestion that if the original reporter would like to reestablish the
 education inventory system, that a new ticket be opened with the relevant
 information to assist in doing so as nothing currently exists to
 troubleshoot.
