[SAC] Clarification about DNS owner record change

Jeff,

Can you clarify what you just changed on the DNS owner record and why?
Is this because the info at osgeo email is being retired?

Previously we had
Owner -> info at osgeo
Technical -> dnscontact at osgeo
Billing -> treasurer at osgeo

Now we have dnscontact for both Owner and Technical?

Just want to make sure we're all on the same page.
