[SAC] Clarification about DNS owner record change

Hi Alex,

The owner was set to mpg (who is no longer active in OSGeo), that is the 
only change I made.  (I sure wasn't expecting this to be sent to the 
whole mailing list ha).  Life in the open ha.

I did this as I was tackling other DNS issues this morning for OSGeo.
