 Service provider directory responsibility should be taken by
 https://staging.www.osgeo.org/service-providers/

 Open questions:

 a) Anyone up for a bulk migration? Is that even a good idea...

 b) Or build up the list again over time? Advantage is service providers
 need an osgeo id for that ...
