 There is a charter member page that can be used:
 https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Charter_Members

 proposal:
 copy/paste the list on old.osgeo to the top of this wiki
 when the filter is ready then remove the list and leave this page to its
 current status (currrent = as of jan 14,2018) with the link pointing to
 the filter
