[SAC] Reminder of Thursday jan 18 meeting

This is a gentle reminder about Thursday's meeting.

Remember we want to reduce the meeting time to 1/2 hour.
Last meeting we reduced the time to be around 1 1/2 hours (instead of 2 hours)

To save time, we need to have the status reports ready on the agenda,
that way the meeting can go smoothly.
You can see  a "<Fill report here>" on the agenda so that we can fill
it when have time.

If you have a topic to discuss, please add it to the agenda and start the
discussion.
If you want to continue the discussion, please add it to the agenda.
If you have a question please add it to the agenda.
If you have an answer to any of the questions, please add it to the agenda.
If you feel that the order should be changed, please don't hesitate to
change it.

I am leaving the FOSS4G2018 topic at the beginning for the benefit of
our guests.

>From last week, there was a discussion pending to be done on the list,
which I didn't see it happen (or I missed the mail) so I left that
topic for the last.
