Start: Tues, Jan 30, 12:00PM PST (Jan 30 20:00 UTC)

End: Tues, Jan 30, 4:00PM PST (Jan 30 24:00 UTC)

Reason for outage:

These VMs have newer kernels with desired security updates pertaining
to Meltdown & Spectre.
Rebooting them will switch over to these updated kernels.
