 Jef has the right ordering near as I can tell.

 While I have tried to update the text, the result is a mess - I cannot
 search for a specific project (example "geoserver") except via a link from
 the project page.  Because many organizations are core contributors for
 one project, they are all showing up as core contributors.

 I think we should update this ticket to some enhancement requests:
 - "filter service provider by project"
 - "per project sorting order"
